I’ve been where you are. Longing for the freedom I thought ownership would bring. Overwhelmed with  .  I’ve experienced it as a stylist, I’ve offered it as an employer and I’ve longed for it as a woman.

I understand all to well  the longing to be in control of my own financial success,  not relying on others efforts and the evidence of my own efforts showing up in my desired lifestyle. 

I’ve worked in a commissioned salon, as a chair renter and now salon owner.  I’ve operated as a team based, commission and now am a freedom living ChairShare salon.  I’ve been a coach to employee based salons and the common denominator is there’s a division until there a collaboration.  That division is finally coming to an end
